Context
Authmade founder Jason Vu commissioned me to produce the motion content for a collaboration with Sacramento Republic FC, a new kit collection that needed teaser content and logo reveals to build anticipation ahead of launch. The brief called for two distinct video pieces: a timeline animation tracing the evolution of SRFC's visual identity, and a logo transformation sequence showing the old and new marks morphing into one another.

I translated Jason's creative direction into two cohesive motion pieces, both built in After Effects. The first is a fluid timeline that connects different iterations of the SRFC logo through seamless transitions, with subtle references to each era woven into the motion. The second focuses on the graphic language of the new third kit, taking marks created by Authmade and animating them into one another with smooth, intentional movement. Every transition is designed to feel motivated rather than decorative: emphasizing the craftsmanship behind the brand while keeping the motion restrained enough that the design stays in focus. The final pieces were used across Authmade's social channels for the kit launch.
